As you are aware, POA Circular 144/2020 was promulgated on 19th October 2020.

This is the response of the POA to the consultation paper published by HM Treasury on 17 July on the changes required to public service pensions as a result of the McCloud and Sargeant cases.

POA Circular 124/2020 promulgated the timetable for the above election.

As you may be aware, POA Learning is funded by the Union Learning Fund, a government fund with the aim of supporting trade unions to widen access to learning and training in workplaces whilst also supporting community members to build key skills.

The nomination process ended on Friday 9th October 2020 and POA Circular 138/20 was promulgated with those nominations for each of the 4 candidates.
