I refer to POA Circulars 21/2022 and 27/2022. As previously stated, the TUC has booked Parliament Square on Saturday 18 June for a march and rally, as part of the campaign for a pay rise, for action on the cost of living and for a new deal for working people.

We write to confirm that the POA Scotland Annual Conference will take place this year at the Peebles Hydro Hotel, Innerleithen Rd, Peebles EH45 8LX. On Wednesday 26^th, 27^th and 28^th October.

We have received a formal pay offer from the SPS for 2022/23 and we are aware that the offer has now been published on the SPS SharePoint site.

We have now moved our offices from Calder Road in Edinburgh to our new offices in Alloa, Clackmannanshire.

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of all POA members.

Annual Conference delegates endorsed Conference Paper 3. Initially outlined in the NEC paper was to increase subscriptions in 2022 by 33 pence per month, however we recognise the financial pressure on our dedicated POA members, so the Executive recommended to freeze subscriptions at £15.60 for the third year running with a review to take place at Conference in May 2023. Over the past 18 months the POA have been working to improve social media content and member engagement.

The NEC want to update the membership on the Civil Service Compensation Scheme (CSCS), and decisions made by Government on the future of the CSCS.
