CIRC 112: PENSION CHANGES MADE IN APRIL 2015 AND ILL HEALTH RETIREMENT

POA Circular 109/2020 requested members currently going through the Ill Health Retirement process, who were past members of the Classic Pension Scheme, to contact the Deputy General Secretary to prepare a legal challenge.

Three members have been chosen for consideration of a legal challenge and these have been forwarded to our solicitors to choose the two that they believe have the best chances of success. The three members have been informed.
