CIRC 057: INJURY TO FEELINGS CLAIMS

A number of you will receive correspondence from our solicitors shortly in respect of your employment tribunal claim relating to your pension arrangements. Please note it is only members in particular categories who will receive something in the first instance. That is those with the most straight forward claims who have also consented to the transfer of their cases from Walkers Solicitors to Thompsons Solicitors and opted into Thompsons terms of service. You will again receive a link which contains a letter and some instructions on the required next steps where you will need to provide information. It is all entirely self-explanatory. 

Please note if your claim does not fall into this category, you will receive a separate letter and therefore do not be alarmed not to be sent anything at this stage. Thompsons will be in touch with you about your claim in due course and there is nothing that you need to be concerned about.
