CIRC 094: WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP COURSE

POA Circular 087/2024 outlined the benefits of courses provided by GFTU to POA members for 2025. The Education Programme for 2025 has been more popular than ever with many courses already full.

However, GFTU have committed that where courses do fill up and several affiliates have members that want to access the same course, they will look to see if they can add more dates to the programme.

One of the very popular courses in this programme has been Women in Leadership which has been full for two months. They have therefore added a further date which is below.

Date: 30th July – 1st August 2025

Venue: Quorn Grange Hotel

Deadline for registration: 16 July 2025

As an affiliate of the GFTU, POA members are entitled to attend this course for free. Applications can be made here: https://gftuet.org.uk/education  

Travel and subsistence will be paid in the normal manner. Any accommodation costs as a result of attending a residential course will be met by GFTU. Facility time has not been granted for attendance on these courses and members will have to attend in their own time.
