CIRC 004:

The TUC have reintroduced an introductory session regarding the role of the Health and Safety Rep aimed exclusively at young union members. Currently, in all industry, only 8% of Health and Safety Reps are under the age of 35. This is something that the TUC, as an organisation, want to turn around.

The National Executive Committee would like to encourage young members of the POA to consider the role, and register for this short course, which will talk through the benefits and duties of the role and aim to answer any questions that you may have. 

Note, these are the same session, repeated. Members only need to attend one.
