The POA are not insured or indemnified in relation to giving incorrect advice on pensions or retirement planning. 

The POA do assist where a member has a complaint around the administration of their pension, and that assistance is usually limited to signposting to the MYCSP Internal Dispute Resolution process or to the Pensions Ombudsman and on rare occasions Cabinet Office or legal interventions.

For the reasons above the POA are unable to give you any advice in relation to making your remedy option choice, and we suggest any questions are raised with the pension administrator MYCSP or that you take regulated financial advice in relation to your pension.
