CIRC 002: ROLLBACK ANNUAL BENEFIT STATEMENT 2024

MyCSP confirmed that the Rollback Annual Benefit Statements 2024 for members with a deferred choice underpin 2024 would not be issued.

Rollback is the term used for transferring any service during the Remedy period (01/04/2015 – 31/03/2022) from alpha benefits back into PCSPS benefits.

A combined 2024 / 2025 Rollback Annual Benefit Statement will be issued in August 2025.

Serving Members are advised that they should not delay any intention to retire due to the lack of a 2024 Annual Benefit Statement.

If members are contemplating retirement in 2025, they should still apply to MYCSP giving at least 3 months’ notice of intended retirement date.

MyCSP will provide a full benefit quote, including the options / details in relation to the deferred choice underpin, the deferred choice underpin is your opportunity to select which scheme your pension benefits accrued during the remedy period 01/04/2015 – 31/03/2022 will be paid, it is referred to as Option A or Option B
