The POA NEC have never given up over the last 30 years in getting Section 127 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 repealed.

Representing over 30,000 Prison, Correctional and Secure Psychiatric Workers, the POA is the largest UK Union in this sector, able to trace its roots back more than 100 years.
